網(wǎng)帶式烘干機(jī)采用高溫抗拉鋼絲網(wǎng)帶，熱風(fēng)加熱，均勻受熱，配有無極變速機(jī)，根據(jù)物料厚度和含水率調(diào)整進(jìn)料進(jìn)度，以達(dá)到理想的烘干效果。
1.工作原理
設(shè)備采用耐高溫抗拉鋼絲網(wǎng)帶在運(yùn)行中上下兩層網(wǎng)帶同步運(yùn)行，要烘干的物料在上下兩層網(wǎng)帶中間由上下網(wǎng)帶夾持運(yùn)行進(jìn)行烘干。
2.干燥系統(tǒng)
采用科學(xué)的烘干原理，用離心風(fēng)機(jī)直接把熱風(fēng)爐內(nèi)的熱風(fēng)注入機(jī)內(nèi)的上下風(fēng)箱中，熱風(fēng)通過上下風(fēng)箱的噴嘴吹到運(yùn)行中單板的上下兩個網(wǎng)面，使單板受熱均勻，從而起到烘干的作用。
3.傳動系統(tǒng)
刨切單板由進(jìn)料口送入機(jī)內(nèi)，由上下網(wǎng)帶夾持相對運(yùn)行，通過上下噴嘴以達(dá)到烘干效果。
4.控制系統(tǒng)
采用無極變速機(jī)根據(jù)您的單板厚度和含水率調(diào)整進(jìn)料速度，以達(dá)到理想烘干效果。
5.加熱系統(tǒng)
可采用油加熱、電加熱、氣加熱、熱風(fēng)加熱。
6.進(jìn)料口寬度
1.35—3米可選擇。
7.干燥物料
單板：薄0.3毫米，厚4毫米。紙板及其它顆粒狀物料根據(jù)厚度及含水量確定烘干量。
